Reviews and Ratings
I had an incredible stay at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel, where the personalized service made me feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring Blackpool's attractions, and I loved the delicious breakfast and engaging atmosphere. However, the noise from a party on one night was quite disruptive, and the cleanliness in some areas could use improvement.
My stay was a mixed bag, with a spacious room that unfortunately felt a bit shabby and unkempt. The service from the staff was lovely, but the overall atmosphere didn't quite deliver the boutique experience I had hoped for. The location was decent, keeping attractions close, but the breakfast options were quite lackluster. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations, especially given the price.
The hotel is presented as a boutique and deluxe experience, but upon staying, I found it to be quite shabby and not at all as advertised. While the hosts were nice and the breakfast had its moments, the overall quality of the accommodations was very disappointing, leading to an early departure. It’s definitely overpriced for what it offers, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for a true boutique experience.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful, with the warm hospitality of the family-owned atmosphere making me feel right at home. The spa facilities were fantastic for unwinding, especially after a busy day exploring Blackpool. The food was a standout highlight; each meal was delicious and well-prepared. However, the evening dining options could offer a bit more variety to enhance the experience.
I absolutely fell in love with this boutique hotel! The clean and spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay, and the warm hospitality from the owners truly enhanced my experience. The dining was exceptional, especially the breakfast, which offered a great variety and high quality. However, I'd suggest some improvements in evening dining options to cater to diverse tastes, as I found the choices a bit limited. All in all, the hotel provided excellent value for money considering the luxurious touches throughout.
